Special Note:
Most of the items we carry are either handmade, one of a kind, collectible, or antique. Returning such an item to us will most likely result in a cash refund.

Wood Products: Our wood products are one of a kind; no two items are made the same, however you can always choose another wood product of equal value if you wish.

Pickling & Canning Supplies: These items are commercial products, if you wish to return one of these items please keep in mind that you have the option of replacing them.

All: glassware, pottery, stoneware, or other wise highly breakable items are shipped insured.

Rules of conduct:
(We will give no refund due to buyer’s remorse)

1- Buyer must make contact with in 3 days from the time you receive your package. Via email or phone: (please give details on why you wish to return). NO refund will be considered after 5 days.
2- It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping cost involved in returning the item.
3- jdwallington’s will only refund the amount paid to us at the time of purchase.
4- jdwallington’s will not issue a refund until the item has been returned to us.

Once we have received the item we will issue your refund within 3 days.
